LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Participates, coordinates and provides direct nursing care in a manner which ensures participant's satisfaction and retention. Assists with medication orders and delivery, coordinating with the physician, RN, transportation and home care. Assists physicians and nursing staff with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to vital signs, wound care, medication administration/management, treatments, patient teaching, venipuncture and microcoagulation, catheter care foot care, administration/reading PPD tests and participant set up for physician visit. Performs duties in a variety of settings including the community, the Center, and the Clinic. May be asked to perform duties on weekends.

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program
Current Washington State License as a Practical/Vocational Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Current Washington State driver’s license. (Home Health only).
Proof of auto insurance. (Home Health only).
1 year long term care or related geriatric experience
