Providence Health & Services Clinical Sales Liaison - Strategy and Business Development in Richland, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinical Sales Liaison (Strategy and Business Development, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to PSCS Divisional Services in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Be responsible for sales and service calls to customers at selected local physician practices, hospitals, home service agencies, and medical clinics to promote Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Service; Customers may include but are not be limited to, physicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, hospitalists, care coordinators, discharge planners case managers, payer groups and on-site administrators.
Build ongoing relationships with referral contacts.
Introduce and facilitate the initiation of Home Infusion Therapy referrals.
Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to maximize long term business growth by handling customer questions and concerns, identifying local opportunities, building brand loyalty, implementing strategic plans, and following up on new referrals sources.
Develop and participate in on-site in-services with referral sources; may participates in vendor fairs and conventions where appropriate
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Social Work or other clinical areas related to service line offerings or equivalent educ/experience
Current Washington State professional licensure or certification appropriate to education
Current Washington State Driver's license.
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Medical sales and marketing experience
1 year experience in home medical care services
Home infusion experience
Hospital based Liaison experience
