Providence HME services is seeking a management role who will lead a team of innovative caregivers who are excited about the work they do and choosing to make a difference in the lives of others.

The HME Supply Chain Senior Manager - Durable Medical Equipment Administration will be accountable for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain operations for Home Medical Equipment operations across multiple sites throughout the PSJH service area. Additionally, this position is responsible for HME supply chain departmental operations including overseeing all local operations and logistics functions (Receiving, Materials, Operations, Warehousing, Pars, Inventory), directing supply chain operations staff and managing vendor relationships. As an integral member of the HME leadership team, this position is responsible for achieving the financial, quality, and service goals of the organization.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management.

  • 7 years healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting; strategic design and implementation within Supply Chain, experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement. Includes at least three years in a leadership capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
